It was a Saturday, it seemed as if this day would never come when it came down to the long University hours and the campus patrols that he was doing for his investigation. The work seemed to be piling up on him now, and Kevin had to work overtime in order to make sure he could keep up. However, this Saturday, Kevin had to get out of the dorm rooms and out from in front of the History Books.
He was wearing a simple jeans and t-shirt, a chain graced his neck and a ballcap was on his head, whilst a chain hung from his jeans to match the one on his neck. He had his shades on the block the sun's rays and sometimes overbearing heat. He walked beneath a tree near a pond, ducks were putting on a show for many nearby, and Kevin decided to also watch it free of charge.
Sitting on the bench, his feet in it and his body twists so that he could see what was going on behind him, Kevin was relaxing and watching the ducks at the same time.

Aaron had decided to take a break from his brothers and that big old house of memories. It hadn't been a week since his parents funeral, and he was still in mourning, as he should ne, nothing wrong with that. She stepped out the house, dressed in blue jeans, white shoes, a white t-shirt and an unbuttoned light blue shirt. He took a walk down the road and headed to the park. It was kinda full that day, as it was most saturdays, and the heat was beating down on him. he he walked, taking his cool time, and headed for the shaed of a tree and sat at it's above-ground roots watching the activity before him.

With Kevin's back still turned away from the main pathway, he jumped when he saw a shadow of a boy pass him. He turned around, and then to his side to notice that the boy had too come to watch the 'show,' but Kevin was still a bit worked up from what he thought was a pursuing demon. Kevin's eyes stared on the boy and he could sense the grief the boy was feeling from a distance, so much that Kevin was holding the tears that were forming back from showing themselves.Kevin moved his feet from the chair and placed his hand beneath his chin, and little that he knew he was still staring at him in his unconscious state of mind.

Aaron looked over at the pond and saw the display the ducks were putting on and the joy the spectators were experiencing. He wished that he could feel that joy himself, but his heart was in pain...he lost two of the nearest and dearest people in his life...and happiness wasn't at the top of his list, just the sudden need to wallow in his mournful state. Something that he himself regretted doing, but it was a state of mind that he couldn't ignore.

Kevin's inner cupid seemed to have taken advantage of him when he floated over behind the boy, tapping him on his shoulders. Kevin's heart was burdened, and like any other cupid, he loved to restore the empty puzzle pieces that were missing. "Are, are you okay?" He questioned, his eyebrow raised and his voice in a dangerously low tone. Kevin always seemed to run into people who needed help here, which is not much different from where he came from. The time when he met some man who assisted him in cutting the grass lingered in his mind, and he shivered upon realizing the sadness the man had.

"Yeah I'm fine." He said not the least bit shocked as to why a guy floated over to him. "I'm just fine." he said heaving a sight afterwards, not taking his eyes off the group of people all the while.

Kendalecki knew different, they always seemed to lie when he confronted them concerning their problems. Kevin tapped on the man's shoulders once more. "Why are you lying?" He asked, raising an eyebrow, although being brutally stern in his tone. Although Kevin wanted to enjoy the show, he wanted to help even more.

"You just don't get it do you..." Aaron said getting to his feet and sizing him up. "There's nothing wrong with me, I'm fine, got it, I'm fine." He said. Then he walked passed him, brushing his shoulder as he walked into the woods that neighboured the park.

Fred's history with the Source came to a point where he had to prove his loyalty with evil, or be stripped of his powers, and his memory erased. Therefore, Fred was in the Forest nearby the park, just waiting for an innocent to come in so he can kill them innocently, instead of the torturous way of going out in the open. Upon seeing a boy coming in his direction, he smiled, moving into a bush and waited for the right time to slice his neck, and take his head tot he Source.

Kevin hated the boy's type, always failing to recognise their is a problem, and when confronted they bring forth attitude, as if his job was just something meaningless, like he himself didnt have his own problems. He dashed after the boy in the forest, his haed shaking wildly as he mumbled to himself in search for the boy who he had only sensed pain. Now he didnt know if he should continue his pursuit, for the boy had already denied his offer.

Aaron stopped dead in his tracks. He had a premonition, someone...a demon, jumped up on him and attacked and killed him. He remained still. Then he held his hand out slightly then created a flash so bright that for a minute it blinded the area. He quickly lept up for a branch and pulled himself up too look down on the area as the light faded.

Keriann was at the University doing some extra access work and some labs. After she was done she decided to go to the park for a walk, and to see if Aaron was home afterwards. She knew that he needed every bit of support she could give him, the two were best friends for what seemed like decades, and she became acquinted to his other brothers and parents as well, which was why their deaths came as a shock to her.
As she strode along the paths of the park, she noticed a crowd of people, and then she noticed a familiar face walking furiously towards the forest. Noticing this she immediately called out, "K..." She hollered, not remembering what his real name was, but she could remember he had her initials. She went after him, she too going into the forest.

Upon him bending in the bush, he noticed a blinding light that forced him to look to the ground and shimmer away to behind another tree. He could see that two others entered the forest and Fred was feeling just a bit more lucky, as he knew that he could at least take one of their heads to The Source and in turn save his own life. Fred waited, breathing a bit hard from the previous excitement, knowing that the other had disappeared, and was probably on to him.

Kevin heard someone call his name, or so he thought, and he spun around immediately, his heart slowing down just a bit as he waited for the girl to get closer to him. He smiled, winking at her, "My job is so hard." He blotted, forgetting that the secrets of magic had to be preserved. Upon him noticing what was said, he held his hand to his mouth, hopnig that the girl didnt know what his job was exactly. He was then thinking of an excuse, almost as if he knew what she would ask next.

Aaron was looking down trying to pinpoint the the would be assassin, then he heard two voices from where he was. He climbed down from the tree. "Hey, I'm sorry I acted like an idiot back there, mind if we get back to the..." Then he noticed her. He hadn't seen her in a while...for so long.
