Chase left his club that morning. He was tired of cleaning up after every night, he needed a break and he found it,, walking the streets of Los Angeles. Though there was still much damage, it was like a sense of normalcy was returning, which was odd...the was had just begun. His walk led him to a cemetery. He stood outside the locked gates and looked in. The place was packed, with bodies that is. Graves to be specific. Those bodies that had been discovered after the battles of destruction where respectfully buried in the cemeteries throughout the city, but it was getting cramped, because there were probably still more bodies to bury and so little space. He looked around to make sure he wasn't seen entering, then he teleported on the other side of the gate and walked further in. He did this for what seemed like hours, but all of that seemed to dissipate when he came upon a series of small graves, those of children. He hung his head low and sighed, children...then didn't have to die, they did nothing wrong. But evil didn't car, that's why he had to escape the Triad, and Rebecca, all they've down was to create suffering. He held his hand out and he summoned some fresh white and red roses on each grave. It was all he could do, but it wasn't enough...but what could he do.

Rachel had come to the cemetary to seek out the grave of one of her closest friends that she had recently discovered had died. She was walking between grave stones saddened by some of the dates inscribed int he stone, seeing that they were mere children. So much senseless killing had occured. She was passing the grave of a two year old little girl when a demon appeared in front of her. She dodged the fireball thrown at her by mere inches. She put her hands up to the demon and froze him. Standing back up from the floor she looked around and picked up a shard of glass from the floor and sent it through the demon's heart. He screamed as he was vanquished in flames. Dropping the shard of glass she started running away from the spot in case any more demons looking around. She was lookinf over her shoulder when she rounded a corner not noticing the man in front of her. She ran straight into him, rebounded off and landed on her butt in the dirt.

Chase turned around when he heard hurried footsteps coming his way and before he knew it he was staggering back before he fell on his back. He started to moan miserable, not because of the pain, but because of how uncomfortable he landed. He sat up, dusted the dirt out for his hair and got to his feet and looked down at the woman who obviously need an eye exam. "Hey...need a hand?" He asked as he extended his so he could help her up. "Running from the cops, you were moving pretty fast there?" He asked her, but he wasn't upset, he was smiling actually, mostly because of how cute she was.

He grabbed his hand and pulled herself up, wincing slightly. She dusted herself off then looked over her shoulder again. It seemed that their hadn't been any other demons there either that or she had out run them.
"Something like that," she said still slightly distracted. Finally, she turned her attention on him and smiled as she finally took in his appearance. "Sorry about knocking you over like that. Are you okay? I'm Rachel by the way, Rachel Marsdenn."

"Well Rachel, you should slow down....but then again, you never know who you might run into...maybe this handsome, interesting guy who may be interested in getting to know you?" He said smiling at her, getting his flirt on and failing miserably and before things got worse he laughed out. "I'm just playing...but seriously, who are you running from in a cemetery? Ghost? Zombie? Vampire maybe?" He asked her, not meaning to tease her or make fun of her but that's just how it came out.

She smiled at the man's cheesy, cliche line.
"Nice line," she said grinning, "Well it looks like what I was running from, demon to be exact, lost me or rather me, it. What are you doing here might I ask?"
