Aiden eyes widened, and he suddenly became more alert. Aiden turned towards Raine and the distraction of the plants that he had conjured but before he could make mention of it, Haden's spheres of ice were hovering in the thinness of the air, and Aiden suddenly realized that this was going to be yet another hard-fought battle. With the electric bolt becoming larger in his palms, as he drew from his Avalonian power, he sent it flying towards Raine. With a giggle Aiden sent a psy bolt towards Haden, who had the unfair advantage of a home court and an extra, oh, how convient."I suppose that answers your question, friend!

Raine raised his arms and a huge plant with rubber properties sprouted in front of him which then took the damage of the lightning bolt and at the same time getting destroyed.
He looked back at Haden "Hey, they still helped didn't they? And I've told you before not to call me boy...old man..." he said smirking as he waved his hands sending the ice needles directly to Aiden.
"Thought of giving your needles a bit of a push." he said holding out his hands and blasting Aiden with a stream of water.

Haden was to preoccupied with making sure Raine didn't get hurt that he was almost about to throw himself in front of the lightning bolt but he stopped himself when Raine did his own work, unfortunately, it left him wide open and the psy bolt hit him in his shoulder and pushed hum off his feet and carried him a great distance through the air and dropped him on the floor. He could have easily appeared dead, or unconscious, because his entire body was numb. All he could do was lay and watch what would happen between Aiden and Raine and possibly what would happen to him. Shit!

"Moron!" He hollered as the needles came towards him with great speed, he managed to divert the path of most but one happened to stab him in his arm. Screaming with the sudden impact, Aiden tried to direct the pains of the needles onto Raine so that instead of him feeling the pain, Raine was. Closing his eyes, he missed Haden, not aware that he had fallen to the ground after being hit with the bolt.

Raine looked back as Haden fell to the floor undoubtedly hit by something. "Damn it old man..." he muttered as he turned to Aiden just in time to see him got hit by one of the needles making him smirk.
It vanished as it came as he recoiled in pain that radiated from his arm...the same place Aiden had been wounded. An empath he thought to himself and gritting his teeth raised his arms to form globes of water high above them.
He motioned with his hands and the water started to fall, just like rain to soak Aiden.
"He's right you know...from what I heard, you were the former Merlin of the isle...well I'm about to become the new one after the last one decided to go evil." he said as the water kept pouring drenching Aiden.
"Let's see who deserves the position...my Avalonian element...against yours..." he said gesturing with his arms to create water wincing as he did.

Haden couldn't bare to watch it...Aiden was ruthless now, he would do the worst to this boy if Haden didn't get his ass up but his body was so numb that it was hard to...really hard to. He managed to roll over on his side and look right up at the sky, the sun now shining through the clouds. He closed his eyes and soaked in it. This was dangerous, but depending on one power so much wasn't the best idea but it was what he'd adapted to...and he was hooked, using the unlimited supply of energy from the sun to fuel his attacks was a blessing, except at night...that's the dangerous parts. But he was taking it all he could, and it paid off as he could freely rotate his neck as he looked back at the continuing fight. "Make sure your defence is as strong as your offence, one hit from his electricty could cripple you...not joking." Haden said as feeling started to move up his leg.

"Leave my dad alone, you jerk!" Cristos had suddenly appeared after feeling the strangling pains of his father, similar to the one he felt when Daddy Peter died, he would mind his senses this time. Cristos had returned to the small child he once was, his hair spikey and matching his cute and fat face. He was short, raising only to Raine's waist as he punched the man in his side. "Leave my daddy!" He cried once more as he continued to pound his side.

The man so foolish as to fight with the power of Avalon, the power that his father and mother blessed him with upon Birth. Had this child not know that he was the child Blessed, protected under the very existance of the Goddess? Pathetic, the showers drenched Aiden, causing him not to be able to see clearly through the cloudy rain. He could hear the cries of his son that was beyond him, and the very thought of his cries set Aiden into an uncontrollable rage. Waving his hands he projected a force field to envelope the small child. Aiden's eyes glowed with the infamous color of bright blue before he finally drew lightening from the sky in hopes of striking Raine in his position. How dare he insult him with mere title, Merlin was who he was, a Prince in all respects.

"Now your talking..." he said his eyes glowing green. He wasn't the only one blessed by the goddess. Gaea's very essence lay within him ready to be awoken and used.
The earth shook as the roots of the trees sprouted from the ground. He looked at the boy beside him and a plant with a huge leaf burst from the ground carrying the boy to safety. Killing children wasn't just his style. Aiden had taken the bait...he will just wait for the right opportunity and strike.
He had a disadvantage here...water against electricity, and Haden was right one strike and it would go bad. For now he had to rely on his instincts and wit.

Haden finally got back feeling and got to his feet and he didn't move. He was witnessing such an explosion of power and he was truly afraid of it...he was, seeing Aiden go head on with Raine could make a movie-goer jump out of their seat. He orbed back into it, and jumped into the air, landing on the back on a white dragon he had conjured, riding right towards Aiden, then Haden jumped off as the creature continued on. "I wish things could go better." Haden said under his breath as he got to his feet, dusting his stained shirt off.

Raine's attempts of protecting his son only went so far, as the roots of the trees suddenly burnt, propelling the child Prince to a distance away from the heat of battle. Aiden smirked, the rain still shocking him, allowing his shoulder lengthed hair now to fall damp on his neck. Aiden's eyes maintained the light blue color it was known for, as suddenly the lightening stroke, heading towards his opponent. But before Aiden could see if it was effective he was knocked from his feet and into a tree, back first by Haden's swift move.

"Wrong move...NOW!" he yelled as water formed a roof on top of him the end blasting his opponent with water. The lightning hit...the water above him and got redirected.
Lightning has electrical properties...they are conducted by water and produce harmful results. The droplets of water spark with electricity as the blast of water went straight towards Aiden.
"Haden get away from there if you don't want to be fried!" he yelled as the water roof above him sizzled with the electricity.

Haden looked around at Raine who yelled for him to get away and he complied orbing beside Raine, looking to see what would happen, but he didn't want to see. He bowed his head towards the floor, his eyes closed and he sighed. How did things come to this? Only years ago he remembered fighting valiantly beside Aiden for the sake of Avalon...he remembered meeting Aiden for the first time, when he came to San Francisco, his first day there actually. He saved him from a demon's attack and that's the Aiden he remembered, young as they were. "How did it come to this?" He asked, his voice didn't seem loud to him but he was sure they all heard him. "Why Aiden?"

Aiden sudden crash caused the tree behind him to dent, falling backwards as Aiden was once again hit by a mixture of both his power and that of the Merlin of the New Isle.
It was just a regular day. San Francisco, Aiden Black-Density was a college student, going to college to make sure that his future was secure. His pants were falling low to his hips and was just fully made mature by Link Turner's magic. He went to The University, and noticed Rabecca Oubliette, and instantly the two clicked. Since then, the best friends turned lovers made vows to always be together, no matter how bad the fight or how tortured the friendship.
He was trying to get up, his head just about rising, only to notice the figure that made out Haden Mathias. Without much more than the energy he had left, Aiden cursed the air, sending blasts of wind towards the whitelighter, his eyes fading into a sudden gray as he felt the power of the Goddess cover his son instead.

Haden held his hand out and unleashed a vortex of grey mist that swallowed the winds up and sent them God knows where. Then he stood there beside Raine, looking at Aiden out in the distance, sitting up against a tree, and he wasn't making a move at them. He looked to Raine and nodded in thanks for his help. Then he pushed his hand in his pockets and walked over to Aiden Black-Destiny and stood beside him before he said down a bit away from him, looking up at the amazing sky. "We were never really much of friends...guess you never really accepted me as one...but I considered you a friend...and I wish things didn't have to end this way. I tried to tell you that everything dark inside you would eat you up." Haden said, looking over at the man who changed so much, evidence seen in his hair. "About Rabecca...I'm sorry." Haden said to him, feeling he should apologize for taking his love from him even if he did have good reason to, if someone took Keri from him, he would want to kill everything associated with the one who killed her and more. "I'm sorry."
