“Erm…it’s not that complicated. I mean we totally forget that we go out when we’re on a meeting. When he looks at my column, when we discuss what should I write about. Now When we go out to eat or when we go to a party I forget that he’s my boss and he forgets that I’m the one that writes “Suddenly Lauren” every week.” Lauren began and smiled as the crowed laughed for a while.
“ When we started flirting and stuff…we totally agreed that we should be professionals and take things slower, but then one day I walked up to him and said. Wow we’re not going be able to be professionals that much… and when he asked me out people at the L.A Times were like…duhh we’re not stupid. So I guess that people could see that we liked each other.” she finished politely and placed both of her hands on top of her legs.

Vanessa gave a nod after Lauren had spoken, and then she placed her hands beneath her chin. "Why are you following in Phoebe's footsteps? Writing a column, dating men from the office, from the streets, bedding them and then letting them go? Would you recommend such in your column?"

Oh My God…Lauren just felt like slapping Vanessa across the face, but she kept a good composure and breathed slowly. The Show Must Go On and Lauren wanted to make sure that things would work out. “I don’t think that I’m following Phoebe’s footsteps. She’s a great person and I would be honored to reach the state of mind that she learned to reach during all the years helping people through writing. I don’t date men from the office and I don’t think that Phoebe has dated all the guys from The Bay Mirror, I date Aaron and Phoebe dated Jason. Those are two completely different things. I don’t think that ever slept with a homeless guy Vanessa…so that does not mean that I date guys from the street or sleep with them.” she said with a cold tone, but didn’t show any signs of rudeness when she got ready to answer the other question. “I would recommend something like this….Live life like no one is watching. Don’t let complete strangers bring you down. Yeah Something like that is what I consider a good advice.”

Vanessa noticed that Lauren was now feeling the blows of her usual tough questioning, and Vanessa had loads of them ready to roll from her lips. "Living life like no one is watching? So is this why you make front page news everytime you decide to file guys on a drop add form?" Vanessa questioned, her eyes staring darkly into that of the girl, "Lauren, I am not a columnist, and I knowthat dating multiple men is not a good idea! Maybe you should be the one on the recieving end of "Suddenly Lauren"."[/b]

Unbelievable, that was just pointless….telling that woman that Lauren only dated Aaron after breaking up with Aiden was just…well pointless. “Okay…tell me who was the other person I dated after breaking up with Aiden and before I started dating Aaron. I don’t think that there is a person is there? So I don’t think that you should be saying that I date multiple men. Now if you think that I should be on the receiving end of Suddenly Lauren…there’s is nothing I can say to change your point of view.” she said and without showing any signs of irritation, Lauren rose an eyebrow and started breathing in order to control herself.

"The facts are all there, so don't become annoyed with me because of your chaotic life. I am merely a talk show host that is looking at the facts here." Vanessa responded swiftly, her legs crossed and tapping against the other. "You have been dating right? Dates with Rabecca's son, dates with Justin Evans? Were you not on those dates Lauren? Remember now, this is NATIONAL television!" Vanessa stated as she poured out the details.

“I think that I should be the one to judge if my life is chaotic or not.” Lauren said with a serious tone and placed her hand on her lap. “I’ve been on dates with them before I started dating Aaron, but I must say that things ended there. I realized that they were not the right people for me. Now I’m happy to live my life and live with Aaron, I think that things are just perfect right now and I hope that they will get even better.” she finished and heard the “awww” sound coming from the crowd.

Lauren, you are a journalist, so you should know what the word chaotic means. Vanessa interceded as her eyes narrowed on the girl opposite and her tone changed a bit, "Sneaking around with the boss, going on random dates just to find Mr. Right, having to be bottled into your articles to avoid life itself.....that sounds chaotic to me honey!" Vanessa stated as she shook her head, her face showing her digust. "That's the thing, you people never like to admit when you are wrong....you all walk around as though you are just perfect.....simply perfect!" Vanessa stated, her voice climaxing. "Same thing with your cousin Phoebe, never liking to admit when you're wrong. You all write to people about their lives when it is your own that is in need of advice!"
