Ever since being released from his crystal tomb, Link regretablly wished he hadnt been released. He knew that he had save and world and all, however he couldnt think of of this new girl Nemesis. And it wasn't thoughts of meadows, and rainbows. They were thoughts of pain, and heartache. Link walked through the cemetary on a cool night. He was wearing all black, consisting of black dress pants, with a black dress shirt tucked in. His hair flickered in the night's wind, and his blue eyes illuminated by the moon's glowing light. Link sighed as he passed from tomb to tomb, thinking about all that had happened these last few days.
Nemesis was her name, and he knew he didnt love her, he loved what she was. However, everytime he saw her he saw Teresa, the women of his life, the love of his life. He remembered the nights on the beach, and how they shared a loving home, and all those time. "Why!" Link yelled into the night, causing a flock of birds to scatter into the night. He also kicked a tombstone with a thick layer of dirt on it. The kick loosened some of the dirt, revealing a clearly readable 'SA REP'. Link looked down at it and couldnt help but be curious. Link waved his hand, cuasing a burst of air to knock the rest of the dirt of.
There on the tomb clearly read 'Teresa Repatalli' Link's eyes began to swel with pain, and he fell to his knees. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry for hurting you" He said with a quite labored tone. You could barely make it out through the tears. Link again reflected how he first accepted the offer fromt the Avatars....this was his fault, that is where he first lost her.

Terrance Repitalli was many things. He was a man that had grown up in the care of adopted parents because his mother died tragically, leaving him behind to be taken care of by people that he barely knew. He was a monster that had been training many others to not care and not to show emotions. He was a Prince, a Royal man whose name was great in the nations and on the Isles of Avalon. Terrance was a commander, a chief, and Executive in the High Councils of evil. It was all of these things that kept Terrance busy and away from remembering the things of his tragic past and the past of his mother that had caused him to puke every time he was to think about it. It was hard for him to think that his father was some lunatic that had raped his mother endlessly and causing her great pain. Yes, he was the result of a tragedy, a mishap. He was a mistake that had caused his mother’s womb to be in strife because he was not meant to be. He lived with that fact, with the burden that if his mother was not raped he would not be here and he had come to terms with it. Or so he thought.
Everyday, in the wee hours of the night, Terrance would occasionally visit the past by attending to his mother’s tomb in San Francisco. Of course, he spoke not of this as he was teaching others to be emotionless, and showing such emotions for his mother would be deemed weak. But he lived with the risk. Terrance appeared in the cemetery in San Francisco. Wearing only a long black pants and a black tight-fitted undershirt, Terrance walked slowly down the path to his mother’s tomb. The night was dark and dreary and the cold against his skin made him shiver, this night, things felt differently.
And the atmosphere proved to be right. As he looked up he saw a man standing over his mother’s grave and the flocks of bird flying over his head made Terrance know that he had been screaming in the night’s silence. But who could this man be who is molesting the tomb of his own dear mother? ”Get away from there!” Terrance shouted from the distance as he pinned his lips with anger.

Link jerked his head, causing his light brown hair to move in front of his eyes. Link's hand moved the hair, and along the way, attempted to dry some of the tears. Link didnt mind showing emotioin, just maybe not so much right now. Besides it could have been this great evil he was summoned back to fight. Link looked up at the figure in the distance, and stood up slowly. Link had a serious look about him, defineitly different compared to his usual gleaming smile. His eyes were still a bit pink, from the recent tear session and his voice a bit shaky. "Wha...?" Link said more out of confusion then anything. Honestly things had moved way to fast, for him to have any sense in the matter.
"Beg your pardon" Link said now standing straight up. He glanced back to the tomb of the love of his life. The memory of them meeting, the proposal, and the thier marriage all at the beach flooded his mind. The moon's beams illuminated his face, leaving the rest of him in the shadows. Link then looked back to the guy who yelled out to him. At first Link thought he was a person visting a loved one, however why would he want him to get away from this tomb.....had he known his beloved Teresa

Terrance Repitalli’s open rage to anyone mentioning his past, particularly his mother, was evident. He walked up speedily to where the man stood, only a few pebble stones in between them. Terrance’s fixed face of anger stared at the man who’s eyes were reddened with what Terrance assumed was tears. But why would this man be standing sobbing over the body of his mother when his mother was one of few company, one who took pride in being at home with her family or working to ensure that her family was well taken care of. How unfortunate, she never got to see him grow into a man whose two feet were now able to take the loads she once carried upon her back.
Then it came to him. The man’s brown diced hair and blue eyes that were engraved with tears had been enough for Terrance to correctly identify the man as the one whom his mother occasionally spoke of when she held him in her arms. But that sense of joy she felt when speaking about him was not comforting to Terrance as he understood that the man whom she loved, this man, had ran off and left her with the burden of a brother he knew not and a life filled with anger and pain. How disappointing that this man would have the audacity to come to his mother’s grave and offers a sacrifice of tears?!
”You heard me!” Terrance stated, avoiding the realities of who the man was. ”Get away from my mother’s grave.”

The man approached Link quite rapidly, inches away from him. Link could tell he was quite infuriated by the look in his eyes, they actually reminded him of someone's eyes. However the thought quickly fled his mind, as the man said something. Something that sent shivers down his spine. Link's eyes flashed up into the man's eyes. "What....did you say?" Link said in a hoarse whisper. Link couldnt beleive his ears. This man had to be playing with Link, Teresa didnt have any other children....Not that he knew of. Last he knew she was happy with Marco Knight...did they have a child. Link handt doubted it, she looked very happy with him...almost how they had been before...before Link changed.
Link wouldnt have some simpleton claiming to be the heir of his love. "Teresa didnt have kids...quit lying to me. Who sent you" Link yelled into his face. Link hadnt even thought about what he had said, and now that he was playing it in his mind it sounded like some stupid cliche hero thing to say, however he coudlnt change the past....not like he had done before. His mind was on two things...Teresa, and finding this evil so he vanquish it. He didnt have time for this petty talk, either this guy was this ulitmate evil or he needed to leave Link be.

Terrance’s eyes showed his open shock and with his expression now turning to anger he pointed on the man’s chest that was now standing before him. ”Don’t you ever say those words about me or my mother ever again!” Terrance said as he pointing on the man’s chest with every word he spoke. Terrance stared up into the man’s blue eyes that his mother once described as ‘soothing and nurturing.’ But he never understood why she had been so intoxicated with this man.
”Do someone have to send me to visit my mother’s grave? How pathetic is that? Reminds me of someone she described so familiarly.” Terrance stated as she pushed pass the man to now stand in between him and the tomb. He had his back towards the man and his eyes were heavy as he stared down at the dusted engraving on the tomb.

Link watched the man poke his finger into his chest. When he was done looked up at him, and glared at him. This guy had dome nerve. Link didnt know who he was, but he did know he was not Teresa's son. Her only son Blake Turner, however he along with everything they had together was relinquished when Link changed reality so she could be with Marco. It killed him to see her so happy with another man, but he loved her and if that was who she was happy with, then he had to make her wish happen. After that, Link vanished from the world to be encased into a crystal tomb. He didnt know how Teresa died, he didnt know she was raped, and he didnt know she had a child.
Upon hearing his remark, Link's eyes shot open, full of rage. He understood what the guy had meant by it. "Shut your mouth...you don't know anything about me" Link said yelling to the back of this guy. The wind began to pick up to a slightly stronger breeze. Link grabbed his shoulder and turned him torwards Link. "Now how about you quit lying and tell me who you really are" Link said shoving his finger into the guys chest with his last few words. This guy had some nerve bring up his life with Teresa

As he was about to fall to his knees like he normally do, he felt the hands of the man that he had placed behind him spinning him around from his shoulders. Terrance watched as he began to poke him ever as similarly as he did just moments before. Needless to say, Terrance had become angered and even though the winds around the men began to swirl furiously, Terrance was undistracted as he stared up into the light blue eyes of the man before him and bit his lips.
He was thinking, why would this man even decide to come back to his mother when she had chosen another man over him, and only she remembered him after Marco did the same thing the many other men before her, ran away. Terrance never understood why Teresa would still cling to this past that had caused her the burden of emotion and restless nights. But now he understood, he understood that life was just as mean and conniving as death himself. Only, only life made you wait and suffer whilst death made you rest. Thankfully, he knew that his mother was resting peacefully without the burdens of him, nor the other two bitches than had run out on her.
”I’m her son! I’m her son! Is that what you want to hear?” Terrance shouted back at the man, ”Of course, you wouldn’t know that because you wanted to take the easy route out right? Just go ahead and change the way things actually was because you couldn’t have things your way!” Terrance stated as the bottled up anger, and the knowledge of his mother’s past escaped his lips, ”Because if she was not living in your way she was not living at all.” He shouted as he pinned his lips, his eyes locked angrily with that of the man before him, ”You conceited son of a bitch!” He said softly with rage.

The way he said he was her son...it was astonishing. He knew then he was no imposter. He knew that he had to be telling the truth. But how did this happen....when. He assummed as much it was after he left. Had she married Marco, had he been happy. Link closed his eyes for what seemed like an eternity and once he finally opened them, he stared into the his eyes. "How....when...Who" Link began not being able to finish any of the question he had for him. The words only escaped his mouth as a feint whisper. "No...thats not what I" he began to say, but was cut off by his next words.
"You have some nerve" Link said, eyes flashing at him "You have no idea....none at all" Link couldnt help but be furious. His voice echoed through the night sky once again causing the same flock of birds to move to the next tree. As he made eye contact with him, Link saw Teresa's eyes in his own. The first time he saw those eyes...the night he had admitted to loving her...the many nights of heat filled nights. "She meant the world to me....." He said lowering his head "And you have no right to tell me anything about her" he spoke again without thinking. In all actualatiy, he had more reason then any to question Link, however Link didnt want to admit he was wrong, though he knew it.
"Conceited? Do you know what it did to me...do you know how it feels.....When the love of your life, finds comfort in another man's arms." Link said looking up again. "I only did what I did to make your mother happy" Link said, again lowering his voice to a dull whisper. Link turned around and faced the opposite way. "There is not a day that goes by that I dont want to hold her...that I want to wake up next to her"

Terrance’s voice broke and he had collected himself so that he was paying attention to what the man was actually saying and as the birds themselves recognized they had no place in the area. Terrance couldn’t help but sigh; he had been taken over and overwhelmed with emotion. It was the exact thing that Terrance had been trying to teach others not to do. However, it was in this situation that Terrance realized that if he hadn’t gotten these things from off his chest, from out of his mind that he wouldn’t appreciate this man as much as his mother did. He respected his mother and so he accepted that she had fallen in love with him.
Although he wanted to explain the bitter past to this man of how he became who he was today, he figured that it would simply be a disgrace to his mother’s memory. Even so, before Terrance was able to formulate speech, the man had already rambled on and turned his back towards him.
What Terrance couldn’t understand was why the man before him allowed Teresa to be held by a man too weak to carry her to the bright and glorious future she had ahead of her. Marco, the man whom he was named after, was anything but a father to him. ”Then tell me why,” Terrance stated as he faced the back of the man’s head, ”Tell me why you didn’t fight for her more? Why did you let her fall into the hands of that man that left her with me to survive on her own?” Terrance asked as his eyes was now filled with tears.

Link heard his words, and still was faced away from him. Link sighed deeply, and looked up to the full moon. There was a lump in his throat not being able to speak. The question as peirced his heart. It was the single question that heart him the most, the one that haunted him right before he fell asleep, causing restless nights in this new world. "She was happy....." Link said lowering his head again. "I thought....." Link said once again lowering his voice. He was ashamed of himself, how could he let the only women he love walk out. He could stand in the face of evil, but he wouldnt fight for the one person who made him complete...he was a coward.
Link looked back to her tombstone, and tears began running uncontrollably. "Im done...I'm done lying to myself. I don't know why...And I hate myself for it....I hate myself for letting her even get close to him" Link said turning around facing the boy again. Link's eyes were reddened, but he could still make out that they were both crying, by the sobs that rang through the night. "It was all my fault..I drove her away..I drove your mother away......And I was too blind to see....So your right...I ran...I changed the world to prevent myself from heartache...trying to convince myself that i did it for her. I'm a selfish bastard" Link said not being able to look him in the eyes, he was too ashamed. "I let her down...are you happy now...are you happy i said it" Link said trying to wipe his tears away, but failing miserably because they came faster then they went

Terrance had realized that the man had finally admitted his wrong and things may have been different if he and his mother were still together. He was fond of him, but he obviously didn’t trust him enough to let his guards down. Terrance remained looking forward as he heard the man’s sobs behind him. Maybe he shouldn’t have said what he had said, maybe it was just the life he was suppose to live, this life where he would be hidden behind the veil of his present. Terrance sighed, placing his chin on his shoulder as he realized that the man had fallen onto his mother’s tomb and was crying.
”Maybe this was how it was meant to be.” Terrance stated as he realized that if his mother had stayed with this man, it was highly unlikely that he would’ve been standing here now. This is what made it so difficult for Terrance, the rape of his mother brought him here. He sighed, closed his eyes and tried not to think back on the past hurts that his still feels of his mother, instead, looking forward to how his life could possibly change from this man’s confessions.
When asked if he was happy Terrance turned around to face the man, seeing the tears falling onto the now dead flowers that laid at Teresa's grave, "I'll never be happy as long as my mother lay six feet under my feet." Terrance stated robotically.

Link knelt alongside the tomb, his fingers traced her name. Where Repatalli was engraved in the stone, Link traced Turner thinking about what he did. It was the first time that he had admited to his own wrong doing, the first time he was man enough to confront these realities. Then the man spoke up again, and as much as Link didnt want it to be true, he had to just deal with it. It may have been how it was supposed to be, but he didnt have to like it. Reflecting on his memories, Link thought about what drove him to do what he did to Teresa. He alluded that it was the Avatars indeed but they didnt force him into anything...the only singly group that forced him to do anything were the Elders....
Upon hearing his second statement Link stood up, and walked up to the man. He set his hand on his shoulder, and gripped it firmly. "Neither will I..." Link said in the same stern tone. "You know....." Link said looking up at him, with now even more red eyes. "You have her eyes" Link trying to force a smile, but couldnt help but feel remorse as he thought about her. Link then let go of him, and looked away into the moon again, as it shone in his face. "Do you.....do you know how it happened" Link said hesitating to ask as he looked down at Teresa's tomb again.

Terrance’s heart skipped a beat as he saw the man kneel down at his mother’s tomb like he always did. Believe it or not the man had reminded him much of himself, how he would have his guard up to the very end, how he would be brazen without worrying about who was thinking what and further realizing what was important in his life. Maybe Terrance had to offer the man a chance like his mother did, only, he was still vulnerable and afraid that the stories of him leaving her would come back to hunt him.
As the man stared into his eyes and reminded him of what everyone else who knew his mother said, Terrance closed his eyes as if hiding the fact that he indeed had her eyes. Instead, he gulped, holding back the tears that he would normally shed when reminded of his mother’s beautiful features. When he had asked about how she died, the stories that he was told came back to him with the most vivid of imagery. ”I…” He started as he looked away, trying to find the comfort into telling this man of how his mother held him in her arms when that board ran through her spine, splitting it in half.
”An earthquake, Staples Center.” Terrance stated in short sentences as he remained with his eyes shut, ”It was before she was to married Marco, she went to watch a game and she carried me along and the last thing I saw was her trying to save me from death. If she wasn’t trying to save me, she would’ve been able to move out of the way of that wood, she would’ve been able to. She would’ve.” Terrance stated as he turned his back towards the man as the tears and the hurt that came along with his life had come back to him once more. He felt his spine hurting in the same place as his mother’s, it was with this pain that he knew that his mother was still there. That she would’ve done the same stupid thing to save his life. Why was what he didn’t understand. Why she simply didn’t leave him there and save himself. ”It’s because of me.”

Link noticed the man close his eyes as soon as he had mentioned his eyes. Link opened his mouth to apoligize. He hadnt meant to be hurt him or anything like that, but Link was cut off as he began to speak again. Link looked at him, eyes opened widely. Based on his words, Link could only imagine. He had hoped she had a somehow she had died in peace...happy. Link's lip couldnt help but quiver as the thought of a violent death consumed him. This man was right...If Link was there he would have been able to save her. He could have easily stopped a simple earthquake. No...he left entombing himself running from what had been.
"No...your wrong. If your mother was anything she was a selfless lover. Like yous said.....it is how it was meant to be" Link said looking over at him once again. Even if Link wasnt this man's father, he couldnt help but want to hold him. Offer him the comfort Teresa had given him many times. If there was anything Link could do, he could share his memories of Teresa...If he had wanted of course. "Dont...Dont blame yourself. Its not your fault" Link said wanting to hold the guy in his arms, but decided against it just to respect him and give him his space.
Link then thought about what he had said...everything he had said. He had said before they had gotten married. Either he was a love child, or Teresa had yet another lover. Link couldnt help but be curious. However he thought another time would be best. Before Teresa, Link was a player, inconsiderate and did what he wanted. However since he met his love, he changed. She had shown him how to be compassionate, and to love. Using this he learned that he was making things rather uncomfortable for him. Link forced a smile, and wiped his tears again, cheecks now redder then ever. "So..." His swollen eyes trying to sparkle in the night. "How about a name"
