Look up some lightining Tutorials, they're always helpful to a growing GFXer. Also, you should always trying sharpening your images, sometimes it'll increase the quality of the image =P some helpful friendly tips.

To put the lighting behind them, all you do is put the blue light effect on a different Layer and then move it beneath the image layer you wanted it behind \^.^/

er Hayley? I'm using a program called 2pic not photoshop. unfortunately they don't have layer stuff. But thanks for the help
