"...now is there anything else I can do for you while I'm here...I wanted to go and...well, that's my business but is there anything else I can do while I'm up here?" Haden asked but he was already pulling off his Elder robes. When that hassle was over, he stood there with the white and gold robe swung over his shoulder, staring the Head Elder right into his weary face and thankfully, the High Elder sighed and shook his head and before he could stop shaking, Haden had orbed, leaving his robes to fall to the floor, if you could call it a floor, they were in the heavens, it wasn't exactly accurate to call it a floor, nor was it wrong to say but this wasn't the time to ponder. He was given a ticket by a good friend of his to view a very old, very exquisite, private collection of art at the Accademia Gallery in Venice, come to think of it, it was a very low-key, private party and he only got a ticket because he was friends...more precise, this guy was his former charge. Orbing right into the upstairs bathroom, he stripped his clothes off and showered quick but properly, then he rushed out naked, towel in his hand drying his hair, then he stopped and dried the rest of himself off before he made for the dresser and basically got dressed in a pair of brand new jeans, a cool shirt and a long sleeved shirt which he left unbuttoned. Yes, Haden Mathias was wearing formal-casual to a black tie event and there wasn't a damn thing anyone but Keri could do to get him into a suit. He went over to his bedside table and took the invitation from the top drawer and pushed it into his back pocket, then, after one last look at himself in Keri's floor length mirror then he turned and orbed,
Minutes later, Haden was standing at the entrance door, holding his ticket as he approached a large man dressed in black, weird thing was that he was wearing designer black...what kind of bouncer wore designer clothes, it wasn't like he was going to be apart of displaying the exhibit or anything but his friend Yves was a bit eccentric when it came to simple crap. He handed his ticket over and he was admitted entrance into the old building which looked rather lavish as it was set up in an amazing way. People were everywhere, admiring the private collection, mingling with each other, drinking wine and stuff...in other words, this was one of those high-class society events and he was way out of his element. Then from across the room came the sound of a fork or spoon tapping gently but clearly, capturing the attention of all who turned to the individual who stood on the podium high above the rest. "Good evening friends, family and esteemed guests..." Yves began with his pleasant tone and as he went on, Haden backed himself to a dark part at the back of the room, his arms folded, just standing there, being his ol' attentive self.

Thanks with the help of Michael, Phillip managed to make it to the extravagant event that took place in Venice. Wearing a nice Gucci suit, that he had brought in Milan a month ago while on vacation with Michael, Phillip walked up to the bouncer and handed him the ticket. Once he got the nod, the vampire entered. The shirt is open collar, and the jacket is open at the mid section of the shirt itself, with black pants and black dress shoes. While Yves talked, Phillip turned his attention to the man. He listened to the man speak and then look around him taking time to see where he was. He has been to places like these but in Florida actually but never could he imagine being in Venice. A beautiful city it is. He walked over to the direction of where Haden is standing finding the man with his arms folded across his chest. "Hey, beautiful place huh?" he asked. He leaned against the wall and keep his eyes on the crowd before him really.

Haden lifted his wine glass with the many other about him when Yves finished his bit of speech which initiated the bout of circulation among the many priceless, beautiful pieces. The interesting this was that he was so much more older than any piece in this place that had survived the wars. Sadly, there was another war brewing, it wasn't as violent but it was brewing and it was going to come harshly, and swiftly. His first priority would be, obviously to his family. Once he made sure that they would remain and emerge unscathed after what was to come, then he would give his attention to the world...unfortunately, being one of the senior Elders current, the situation of allocating his priorities was a dilemma of sorts but as always he would put his family on top. Anyone who knew him truly would know that.
"Haden, my old friend." Yves DuPont said as he broke free from the crowd, walking up to Haden.
"Hello Yves...It's good to see you again." He replied, smiling as he passed his half emptied glass to a passing waiter so he could embrace his old friend. "Good to see that things haven't changed the way you do business...times are changing." He added, whispering the last bit after a cautious pause, his brown eyes lingering on Yves blue eyes that shone brightly through his pasty, white skin.
"Yes, yes...most unfortunate an incident that was...what are you and your close friends going to do about it? My sources say that things are far worse than they seem." Yves said before taking a sip of his wine.
That moment, he caught that look in Yves eyes, the shake his hand made with no attempt to steady. Yves, like most witches, were horribly afraid. Some stripped themselves away from the human world, others like Yves tried to stay strong but not everyone was capable of that kind of power...willpower. "We're doing what we can old friend...we're going ti try to fix this." That was the honest promise but the honest truth would be to say that he didn't know. He had no idea what was going to happen and when and the degree of impact that would result. Those sources of Yves were right. Charges were missing and locating them was impossible...it was like they were wiped off the earth. "I'm afraid I may have to close the heavens soon." He whispered to Yves before his attention was called away.
Behind him stood a man, one who could either be younger or older in appearance, was harder to tell with his long hair. He was so caught up in his conversation with Yves that he was drawn from the fact that he was here to enjoy art at it's finest in human history. "Yeah..." He spoke up, his gaze falling on a painting that gained great fame back in 2304. The painting of the Weeping Widow. "Yeah it's..." He caught himself and remembered that he was in a conversation with Yves at the time and whipped around to apologize and hopefully continue but his old friend was no where to be scene...probably off mingling with his invites and that annoyed him a bit actually. He turned back to the gentleman who took to speaking to him and continued. What else could he do? "...it's a marvel."

Phillip had his eyes set on the art itself since the man when once approaching was in a conversation with the man that had organized everything. He turned his head to watch the two talk and then turned away. A woman walked by with some glasses of wine. Oh man he would so love to drink one of those right now. But yeah that's right it won't do anything to his body. So he leaned in and whispered about if they have any bloodwine. The woman's eyes widened but when he adds that its actually the type he would drink at events instead of humans, she nods her head and walked off to get the drink after Phillip said thank you to her. Luckily the bar she came from is nearby and instantly she approached handing him the glass with the bloodwine. It looks like every other wine except it has a bit of blood in it. In fact, he had lived off of this along with the actual blood off of humans (evildoers really, this he also added to her), for years now. When the woman walked off, Phillip turned his attention to Haden himself. "I hope I wasn't bothering you, sir, was I?" he asked.

Jordan came to the gallery mostly to get away from home and just smiled at various people that walked by while dressed in a tuxedo. He knew how to dress thanks to his mother Kira a legendary seer from years ago that had always instilled to look one's best. The painting was a landscape no doubt and just stood back to admire it not really paying attention to anything else going on around him. When memories of the last few years had come to him and just sighed running had been hard yet to have freedom was something great indeed. Demons hunted him to see their future because all of the others had been killed because demons got to angered when predications didn't come out like they wanted.
One sculpture nearby caught his interest with a smile walked over to it admiring simple beauty and just continued to stare thinking of different things. He caught up on the emotions of nearby people yet blocked them well because plenty of barriers existed. When a few people passed with a few emotions of astonishment at the collection it made him smile could to see even in this world people still had good emotions of feelings. Jordan went to a bench where he just sat watching and couldn't people how people might mistaken him for underage when going up to get a drink. A few waiters came by with drinks and getting one continued to eye the beautiful statues not paying attention to anything else really.

While Phillip waited for an answer from the potential new pal (seriously the man does need more friends. If you count only well a dead guy and a vampire, well make that three vampires you don't have that many. All of his mortal friends are well dead), he leaned against the wall more and looked around him. He watched one man walking by then smiling at a statue. He turned his eyes to focus on the statue itself, looked like it was sculptured around the time of Cesar, though he could be mistaken. He then turned his attention back to the elder as he waited for him to speak.

Jordan continued to stare at the statue not really paying attention to anything or anyone as he continued to sip on some wine. The young seer was older then he appeared only really having an age of fifty instead of appearing in his teens and sighed while looking around. His mother Kira was to thank for this after getting herself killed and leaving him raised with terrible demons for company. While the gifts that he'd been granted we're exploited for demons to take advantage of and grew up trying to find a way out. A few people walked by as he caught feelings of desire and admiration for the art when looking over the young seer caught a glance of another man.
One man in particular one that stood tall with brown hair and smiled a little before turning his attention back to the statue infront of him.
